Its Easy, get a small light bulb rated at 12volts and connect it with clip leads across the battery switch. If it stays lit there is a drain on the system. If it blinks and goes off the issue is not a continuous PHANTOM drain.

Just a thought I have cutouts to allow charging and preventing the car from being hot when I work on the wiring without pulling the battery terminal. Its also a theft deterrent, so it might be a no big thing.
