I can't speak to the car in question however I purchased my Limited from a Chrysler Dealer who took it in on a lease return. It has a quick disconnect on the neg cable. I had never seen anything like it before. Turns out there is another forum member who has one on his car too. He purchased it new and from what I understand it was on the car when he got it. From what I can surmize some Dealers added it for security reasons. I used it when doing electrical installations.............very handy and I have never needed to reset anything when hooked back up.
