Have you replaced your CAS? Do you notice a pattern with the car being harder to start/restart when it's hot? When the car runs, does it run well?

Won't be more than a few bucks to check both of these - the CAS is sub-$100, and RCM is free if you know how to solder at all. Both are very easy - the CAS is just a simple one-bolt remove and re-install and the RCM just slides out.
Ok, a CAS is new to me. What exactly is a CAS? Did you possibly mean a CPS (crankshaft position sensor)
