no rear fogs in the US. some cars have them just as incidentals (Audi, Jaguar, Saab, Volvo, maybe a few others) but there's no law that requires them. the second pull-out position does nothing on US-spec cars, and we're missing the little indicator on the headlight switch. nor do we have the headlight adjustment switch in the US.
