To all Do-it-yourselfers:
I did end up putting the factory fog lights in on my own. I got a used one off of ebay that works perfectly and I got the other from the dealer at $110.00. Concerning the switch, it is the same as all other American switches. All one has to do is put a fuse in the location where it is marked fogs on the side in the door. The led comes on in the switch when it is pulled out one position. There is a plug in that location, but light still shines through. Concerning wiring, there is absolutely NO wiring in the connectors. I had to run my own wiring from the switch to the fogs. This wasn't hard at all once I figured out which terminals in the connectors were power for the fogs. I looked it up on the following site. The power comes from a 3 row black terminal in the back of the switch, pins 20 and 21 if I remember correctly. I fashioned my own terminals to work in the connector and ran the wiring with connectors on the other end to plug into the lamps. Everything works great. After having the lights on at night and closing the doors, the fogs come on automatically with the led's. I am happy I finally did it, because it definitely wasn't as hard as it looked to be. Take a look at the link if you decide to do it to familiarize yourself with the back of the switch and the pin locations. I suggest testing everything with a meter like I did, before you go hooking anything up to power. Good Luck!!
