This thread is about someone looking to buy one NOW. It is not about those that bought XF's when they first debuted (at least, it wasn't intended to...). Yes, those early buyers "lost" money, but i'm sure they gained much enjoyment. What daily-driven cars do not lose value?! Cars are expenses, not investments. Exceptions are museum pieces, which are never/rarely even driven.
Today, to pay $24k for a brand new, untitled XF that lists for $36k can only be described as a STEAL. A buyer today is in a win-win situation. When compared to other new cars that are selling for $24k, i'm pretty sure the XF will hold up its value far better than the average $24K new car...
