Les, I would agree with your tentative offsets and widths. The 10" rim width in the rear would pose a bigger issue if you were using the 19s, but the 18s won't have that problem. 30mm offset in the front will be perfect.
The other great thing about using all 18s is the WEIGHT SAVINGS... omg. You're going to shed a minimum of 8 pounds from the front, and closer to 12 in the rear...
on each corner. 18" Forgestars weigh 17.5 each.
Food for thought -- Forgestar is also just releasing a new super-concave five spoke wheel, very similar to the ADV.1 and Niche concave 5's. It's a sexy rim, and you have the awesome brakes to display. It's more of a "race ready" look than the F14, and the weights are supposedly the same.
The *only* complaint I've heard is regarding the finish... apparently, the matte black wheels have a fairly thin coating, and tiny rock chips will show their face soon. That may have been an early problem though.
