Dual or single?
As I remember when I did mine you gently pry the clip back and then turn the sensor and it should come right out. I thought I'd have the most trouble with this and it was the easiest part of the install. Take your time and take a bunch of deep breaths. I took me almost 5-6 hours to get mine where I wanted it. The dual is a lot more complicated than the single. Count on getting your knuckles scraped, goes with the territory. The other tough part was rerouting the power steering cooling line. Get a pint of fluid, about 22 bucks at your Chrysler dealer BEFORE you start. Even if you don't spill any I think the new line is longer than the old so you will need more fluid. Its tough only because its hard to get to, even with small hands.
I would suggest spraying the hoses you push through the radiator wall with some tire spray or soapy water. They will go through a lot easier. After you get it all together you will still have your horns to deal with. I shortened the bars that hold them and moved them as close as I could to dead center of the car. I think the drivers side I had to angle back a bit. A bit of ingenuity needed there. Again be patient, and you will be rewarded with a cool looking intake. Whoever said its a two hour install is either Rob or very good at this kind of stuff.
