Did you ever get this fixed. I've done the same mod (74mm Throttle Body, SL55 Maf and C240 Cover) with the same results. Codes show Banks 1 and 2 rich which causes sputtering and hesitation at the start. Also get engine warning light. Anyone else know the fix (tune-up?)
