I actually did get it fixed. It turned out that I hadn't fully seated one of the hoses. Also, I didn't quite like the way the MAF sensor itself was working, so I took it off* and put the OEM sensor back in the new housing. It runs great now, with the new housing and the OEM sensor.
* you need a 5-Point tamper bit for this. I forgot if it is the OEM or the new one. I'll have to check since I still have the OEM Housing. You can get the bits on Ebay, cheap.
