Mine was loose too, so I put a piece of wood (1/2" stained real dark making it harder to notice) between the rubber that comes with the battery and the rubber on the clamp that holds it in place. I'm considering how to make a holder with additional height for the bottom of the battery box. I'll get to it eventually even though I passed inspection. I'd feel better with it held in place at the bottom.
