Yep. Have a 77 GL1000 full dresser (Vetter fairing, etc) tucked in the back of the garage. Have not had it on the road for about 4 years as I enjoy driving the XFs too much and the insurance is Michigan is out of sight. Bought it in 78, have 57k on her, and she's been garaged all her life. One of these days I'll spend a couple grand to refurb her and ride again.
I can relate to having fun with the XF. When the sun is shining I need to toss a coin between the Wing and the roadster. Tough life I know. Check out the pics in my gallery, I have an 08 that has more bells and whistles then my XF and the other bike is an 81 KZ1000 with 6,000 miles and completely restored. As a side note Craig Vetter has a web site and you can still order replacement parts for the fairing.
