That's a tall order for a Crossfire with a 6,000 rpm redline. Ferraris sound the way they do because they use small displacement V8 and V12 engines that are engineered like swiss watches and rev up very high. Ferrari performance is modeled after the technology they use on the racetracks across the globe. You'll never be able to emulate that with a comparatively clunky 3.2L Mercedes V6 derived from workaday sedan use. But why would you want to? With all of the bright work, long hood and hunched back, relatively low price, much lower performance, and American art deco styling throughout, these Crossfires are the anti-Ferrari. There is not one shred of either car's personality that is comparable.
