At last a dry day to get started on the bodywork - there was no need for a clay bar treatment. So Meguires Step 1 was used with the electric buffer in an effort to bottom out the paint and hopefully get rid of the swirl marks and clean it. Not sure how successful this was so may well do this again sometime soon, as previously this took 3 sessions on the Aero Blue! Then it was onto Step 2 just on few selected places, then Step 3 Carnuba Wax.
