The ticket claim just says
pick up by Thursday 6th

and nothing else!

So my point is too know if I am in my right to pursue them.

Even to know if I have a case ( a small case ) to take them to the small claim court!

The battery was a new one ( 3 months old ) sitting in the garage. I just wanted to have it checked and recharged before using it!

Are they not supposed to have a sign or tell you that they will trash your battery after a few days.
