Seriously though, I suppose it's really not that bad, just not in the winter.
Hot spots (for a guy your age) would probably be in the "Flats" area. Also many places near LeBron's old job site, and the Indians Stadium.
Just figure nearly everybody you see is "packin" and you should be OK.
We live about 50 miles South of Cleveland, (Akron area) I think Tom2112 is about the same distance East of Cleveland, (Sharon PA.) and it would be great to get together with ya.
There are several other forum members in the area, and I'm sure you'll hear from them as well.

John, I'm pretty sure the rules of the rental prohibit out of state driving, otherwise I'd remedy the Kim-less status.
