The Evap canister and Charcoal canister are located behind a splash guard infont of the right rear axle. The evap solenoid is on top of the driver side shock tower and has a metal tube going to the throttle body. No mention of a valve for service in the shop manual. Maybe there is one on top of the Evap canister???
