Rob, I'll put the dimensions down on paper for both styles (side mount like I did mine, and center mount) and send them to you. You mentioned in your post #11 that you can't recess (route) w/ the waterjets but only cut all the way through. The idea of routing was so we can have 1.) cushioned floor 2.) secure frame around bottom of batt., and 3.) slight lift so the stock hold down and your spacer are a bit more snug for the Shuriken. Perhaps using two layers of 3/8" or 8mm material (one w/ cutout) and gluing the 2 together. You'd end up w/ it looking just like the ones I did, only hopefully with lighter weight material. I'm totally fine with the ones I've made up, I don't care about a couple of pounds. But if you end up doing production w/ these, I wouldn't mind a lighter weight NeedsWings version. I'm definitely not interested in producing these 32Krazy, I was on Dina's hit list for a while with the stinking mess I made. Hopefully Rob does a lighter weight version of this. If not, and you want the heavy duty 11/16" version like I made for myself; I could maybe make a couple for ya'll. I've got a whole 4'x6' sheet of it. Using it now to stand on in front of work bench on the concrete floor. Bob
