Ask them if the I/C pump has been replaced. The OEM I/C pumps don't last long. If it hasn't and you're handy with tools, you can do it yourself for around $100.

Do a search on them to learn more.

That and the seat heater problem that is common on many Crossfires are the only issues with most.
