I also had to take off the weather strip for the NW dual install and noticed that the hood is a lot rougher on the ears when closed and there's a bit of give when you pull up on it when closed.

mjgroves heres a quick way to get the bad bearing out. remove the c clip. knock out the old bearing with hammer and rod. stick the pulley in the oven at 250* for 10 minutes and the bearing in the freezer for 10 minutes. the bearing will drop right in!! reinstall c clip and your done!
