Most Chrysler dealers do not have a clue how to work on a Crossfire. You would be much better off finding a good Mercedes mechanic. Anyway, I have not had to replace mine yet, but it is a very common problem on these cars. here is a link that will give you all the information that you need to know. Good luck with it, and don't let this little hiccup change your opinion of this car. It is generally a well built car that is loads of fun to drive.
