The SRT is basically an SLK32 AMG with a Karmann body, so yes.... a merc specialist would be a better choice for working on your car than a Chrysler mechanic. Very few Chrysler dealerships have a Crossfire certified mechanic on staff. But, if you were to allow a Chrysler dealership to touch it, ensure that they have a Crossfire certified mechanic.
