They do a full ECU re-program not a piggyback system on top of the OEM ECU programming.
In addition, I'm almost 100% certain you could not send the ECU out to get it flashed or even flash it yourself for a turbo setup. It would take many hours of focused tuning and dyno time for the program to be correct. I know for ImportLabSRT's single turbo setup there was a significant amount of time spent tuning. Maybe 30-40 hours (estimate).
It would almost certainly have to be done in house in Houston.
