Two days later, the surface streets here are still only mostly clear. If there are two lanes, chances are the right lane isn't quite clear yet. They were working on that today. Low temps in the single digits mean there are a lot of icy, snow packed, slick spots. Lots of morons crashing - mostly caused by people slamming on their brakes because they just noticed a patch of ice or snow. ... because they've only lived here 30 years and have never seen snow or ice before!
