I read too, that there may be a need to reset these sensors. I have no idea if that was done when my tires were replaced.

I run 1psi over the nominal 32/33psi and have perfect wear on all the tires.
If the tire pressure light is off then you are just fine, they do not need to be reset just because the tires were replaced.
I am not sure if they have to be reset if the position of them is changed on the car. There is a pattern of setting them so a change in pattern may throw off the settings. But as our fronts and rears cannot be switched maybe it does not matter.
Tire outlets can reset them, there is no need for an expensive visit to the stealership.
