please if your reading this offer insight im in desperate need of anyones help or suggestions

ok soo long story short i tried to switch to a new throttle body. realized it wasnt plug and play and i couldnt "switch electronics" so i put the old one back on somewhere i fucked things up. figured it was the gasket (o-ring) that was tattered, so i replaced it...car still idles rough and hardly drives. ive narrowed it down to these things but please help me narrow further!

1. i dont have a TORQUE wrench so i cant exactley torque to 90 inches which i belive is correct torquing. This one scares me the most because i thing i might have hand tightened it to hard and fucked something up

2.somehow while i was messing with the Throttle body i messed up electronis on the Throttlebody itself.

3.i need to do throttle reset or something like that and either im not doing it right or my Tune by jerry is preventing such


please anyone everyone help are these viable options any suggestions welcomed
