The more I read about Chrysler service departments the more adamant I that I am not taking my XF back to the dealer I bought it from. They were very good but are a Jeep and Chrysler dealer dealing mostly with the MPV side.

I think my choice has to be the other Chrysler dealer in the area (Wolverhapton UK) who are MB / Chrysler / SMART dealers.

There is no substitute for experience and I prefer garages not to gain experience at my expense.
