I'm actually always pleasantly surprised by my N/A's snap off the line - although my other daily driver is a 4Runner and I went into the Crossfire with a firm grasp of the numbers (which, for the N/A are pretty middling, honestly - even some modern family sedans are as fast). I think the low 1st gear in the 6 speed (and the 6-speed in general) really helps the neck-snap factor - even my coworker's automatic 335 in sport mode doesn't yield the same grin-inducing fun effect, and it's a much, much faster car by any measure.
