Then clearly you have not attempted this. When you remove the assembly from the front bumper (easy access through the foglight door) and I think there are 3-4 screws holding it on. Once removed, you will see another 3-4 screws holding the lens on the assembly, remove these and you are there. This is really very basic, don't psych yourself out, just go out and do it....

A tip, if you angle the wheels the right direction for each side, you have lots more room to work with in the wheel well.
