I think you have way too many cooks in the kitchen on this tune. Just take the ecu out and send it EC and let them do a tune. If you have someone else altering what they are doing, you will not get the right tune. You lean that baby out, and it's goodbye engine. They have hundreds of tunes under their belt, and can do a "canned" tune that will damn close to what you need.
