I purchased it May of 2010 with 44,000 miles; I believe now I have roughly 61,000 on the odo.

This is the first thing I have done to the brakes since purchasing the car. The Subaru dealer I bought the car from claimed they had new pads installed and rotors flipped during their whole "certified 1,000,000 point checklist thingy " I am now doubting that statement. Anyways it is what it is, overall the car has been a good buy. Nothing more than basic wear and tear problems have risen up.
