I always said I'd drive a stick slower and more conservatively cause I"m bored with the auto - but the fact is, this has not been the case. I'm worse with the 6 speed.
WAY WORSE.
But, I'm somewhat smart about when and where and for how long to speed - you can't just SPEED all of the time.
I expected the Red one to be a cop magnet - turns out, both cars are BABE magnets, but not cop magnets.
I have the same issue. The six speed just asked for it. Especialy 3rd gear.
I have been pulled over twice since purchase in Jan 2007. Once was an April fool joke my son's State trooper friend pulled. But the other was me going 45 in a 25 in nowhere Arkansas. Cop liked the car and the SRT Sharko was driving along with me.
When we explained it was the raffle Car for CAA he let me off with a warning.
Closest I have been to a ticket in the Crossie.
Not like I haven't deserved one. I am way overdue.
