Not even for the second owner purchasing the extended powertrain warranty or was that only for standard Crossfires, excluding the SRT6 model?

If the standard warranty is good for 3 years and/or 36k, then I'm surprised to see this portion saying it is under warranty when the vehicle was reported as having 40,883, which will not make the warranty valid anymore based on 3 years / 36k miles as you stated earlier.
