That oil can symbol does mean low oil, but by my count you have put in just under 11 quarts now.
From the repair manual,



Oil level indicator lamp The Oil level indicator lamp illuminates
if the engine oil drops below 4.25 liters (4.5
quarts), indicating that the engine oil has dropped by 1.9
liters (2 quarts).

Obviously the 4.5 quarts is wrong if the level has dropped by only 2 quarts.
If the sensor is correct you have lost 4 quarts now.
If so where did it or even 2 quarts go?
