Have you not run into clearance issues/tight clearances with the fronts running 235/40/18 without spacers? Mine were very tight w/o spacers and I have not lowered it.

As far as Bridgestones go, I used to swear by them - old school Potenza RE71.....felt like you had glue on the wheels, but they only lasted 15K miles (180 treadwear). My driving might have had something to do with that.
I put Nittos on the Crossfire when the Michelin Pilot Sports wore out, and was thinking of going Hankook next based on reviews here. But Bridgestones might be a something good to look at for the next round of tires. Please report back how you like them if you do get them....Photo, what kind of mileage did you get from your Bridgestones?
The Nittos are great, but they do wear quick.
