I can see that working, you'll be in the back of the cruiser handcuffed while they toss your car looking for the 'suspected' contraband.
If you did go to court you would have a snow ***** chance in hell of getting anywhere other than have your car targeted every time it went on the road.
Take your lumps and keep your mouth shut, it will get better as your hair (if you have any) gets grayer.
