Have you downloaded the Crossfire service manual yet? If not, you need to so you will have it, and the parts manual, for future reference. The service manual has the diagram of the belt on the pulley's, numbers on the pulleys and a chart to show which is called what.

if you looked at the tensioner you will see that there is a nut on the E10 bolt that holds the tensioner pulley on. Unscrew it and the pulley comes right off......
