Thanks guys, got it. When I first looked at it I used a 16mm socket to attempt to loosen the bolt but it wouldn't come off even with the tensioner locked out. Saw Krazys response, applied additonal elbow grease and got it.

Apologies for resorting to sarcasm, I get easily annoyed when something simple like, "use a 16mm socket to loosen the bolt on the front" could be said instead of "replace the pulley". A few extra words go a long away.
