Most of the covers, like the Otterbox, have hard and soft bits. The rubber bits don't take too well to paint.

And I'm not a fan of rattlecan painting. My luck I'd get the one can of Testor's and one holder or skin that would dissolve into some toxic puddle in my garage. Only the garage queen (Jag) has that privilege
