Follow up:

Finished the install on Sunday after the helpful suggestions... the tensioner pulley was the only snag. The PSK is really nice and I can tell the belt wraps around the pulley a lot more than it used to.

I also had the bearing replaced in the C3... problem SOLVED. No more metal grinding noise, everything sounds very smooth.

Special thanks to krazy, his suggestions were spot on for the bearing and PSK.
