I also had the bearing replaced in the C3... problem SOLVED. More more metal grinding noise, everything sounds very smooth.

Special thanks to krazy, his suggestions were spot on for the bearing and PSK.

A bit late now but the tensioner has a locking pin hole in it. Swing the arm against the tension and a 5mm (3/16") diameter pin fits in hole locking the tensioner in position. It's hard to see the hole though.
