most likely yes, the thing that caught my eye was the bracket dealeo right below the vent box on the bottom of the qtr panel. some bumpers have bolts that hold them on in the middle/side of the bumper where our marker light would be. perhaps this may be one of them but the illusteration doesnt show it to be so. Bumpers are really easy, like a puzzle. Just start with what you know and can see and keep picking at it just be a bit careful as there are some flanges and tabs that could tear off.

again looking at the manual, it seems like an easy one to remove. You will most likely have to pull apart the rear cargo interior carpet to get to the screws. I think you can do this in about 30 min. Great luck and keep us posted if-in you have a problem
