Default Re: SRT Rdstr in Time For Summer

Thanks guys for all the thoughts .... I agree with you about keeping the SRT ..and given my choice I wouldn't sell it, but the person who makes the rules, is afraid to drive it, and because of some health issues, it really is getting to be "too much car for me". I've owned many cars during my life, and I bought the SRT to enjoy it, but at 74 yrs old I find that the skills needed to really "enjoy" it aren't the same anymore and have decided to pass it on. Hopefully someone from here, or CICCI will take it on. I'm not going to just dump it into the mainstream and have some idiot run it into the ground.
The red coupe I bought has auto-stick and she likes it ... "its cute". Be that as it may ..... I will be using the coupe as an every day driver, and giving my current everyday driver (a Chevy Malibu Max) to my grandson. So ... I will still be in the "family" and can't wait to go to more CTGs and attend the Colorado Crossfires Across America, in my red coupe.

EDIT: The number of SRT6 roadsters made was 928, and distributed worldwide! I think that at this point, there is less than 900 left, considering cars that have been totaled and never returned to the road. Just sayin .....
