Default Re: Is my car the only one falling apart?

I just took my xfire to the dealer tuesday. Here is what was to be fixed:

1. Replace both headlamp housings (Both leak moisture).
2. Fix short in driver's side interior map lamp.
3. Replace driver's side rear view mirror (Excessive rattling to the point that I couldn't even see behind me).

These are the only problems I have had. I believe the mirror rattle was probably caused by me but the dealer doesn't know that. I'm am very upset with the dealer (not where I purchased the car) right now. I made an appointment a week in advance and listed the problems. The service manager even came out and noted what was wrong. When I came in for my appointment on tuesday (a week later) the dealer wasn't ready at all. My rental car was not waiting for me, which it should have been. And the parts were not even ordered yet, leaving my car stuck there until monday! On top of everything else, I can't even drive the rental car I was given because I'm only 19 and the age limit is 25. I think the dealer should have given me a car off their lot since I couldn't drive their rental. I'm now stuck driving my parent's 97 Jeep GC that is the family's winter beater. My mom is lucky enough to drive the Dodge Ram that was provided by the Premium plan. Sorry for the long post, just venting some anger.

Oh, on a side note. I just received a Owner Convenience package from the dealer I purchased from. It includes FREE oil changes every 3K for 24K miles. I still can't figure out why I got eight free oil changes that I didn't pay for. Heck, the dealer lost money by selling me the car for 22K!
