what he said^^^ Actually it is a bit worse.....a $hitty Prius might be able to pass you when the IC pump goes out.
Easy fix, don't let the Dealership mess up your car of keep it for eternity (thereby increasing the likely hood of them denting or scratching it). Just buy an aftermarket pump and change it. It is very easy to do. There are some great "How To" articles on here posted up by members.
