ok well with mine if i press the gas at about 20 percent or less in going into third and fourth gear the supercharger losses power( like if u are running out of gas) kinda like it hesitates to shift for only a second and the car jerks a little bit ( so small you would not tell if you were not looking for it) but then if fine after a second or 2. but if i do about 50 percent power there is no problems. any ideas??

Easy fix, don't let the Dealership mess up your car of keep it for eternity (thereby increasing the likely hood of them denting or scratching it). Just buy an aftermarket pump and change it. It is very easy to do. There are some great "How To" articles on here posted up by members.
