Default Chrome Wheels & Small Rust Spots

Starting to get some small surface rust spots on my '06 Ford F150 STX 4x4 chrome wheels (20" Incubus Paranormal). Wheel design makes it difficult to clean due to indentations along the rim line. I usually prefer a wheel design that makes cleaning & polishing an easy task, but these were already on the truck when I bought it in 2007. And they are somewhat unique as I've not seen anything else around here with these wheels mounted.

Tried using TurtleWax Chrome Polish & Rust Remover this past week. Turns out the results have been fairly good at addressing the surface rust spots. Wheels shine up better than with other products I've used. And I'm using a Mothers PowerCone to apply the product. Conical shape gets into small indentations & 'pockets' of wheel design.

Anyway, thought I would see what other folks use for this on their chrome wheels.
