I recently purchased an Alabaster '05 roadster. I have systematically been detailing it as time allows. I've gained most of my knowledge from reading this forum. I removed the wheels last weekend to do a super-clean and in the meantime noticed that the wheelwell area is pretty much a rust brown color (obviously from years of mud buildup etc.) I pulled out my pressure washer (on a light setting) to remove the big stuff and noticed that some of the cleaned areas appear to have been white in color originally. Is this the original factory color, or has the original black coloring just worn away? any thoughts on how to restore the original color are also appreciated! thanks!
