Thanks '6000rpm'. So.... rubber compound, passenger weight or leverage aside, with spoiler deployed/up it is the same as driving around with a sack of cement (90 Lb.) in trunk. My (Xfire) is a low numbered '04. Now I wonder why the spoiler was discontinued. Downward force is the same as weight/drag. JIM
