Ok heres what happened

I woke up in the night by my srt6 coupe alarm going off. I went outside, made sure everything was ok and then thought - ok, it was the weather.. went back to sleep
but then this happened a few times. Then over the next few weeks the car alarm would go off in the car park at the mall etc etc .. until it would start going off, upon locking. So right now, to stop this happening, I have to lock on the key remote, go up to the driver door, stick the key in, unlock, open door, shut door then press remote lock again then the alarm doesnt go off - but its a lot of hassle everytime i leave the car sooooo

I took it to a diagnostic centre and they said the body control module needed replacing, so I took it to chrysler uk dealership service centre and they want $1,900 dollar equiv for the part and the labour to do it. so thats why I am here. no BS .

I came here for a cheaper solution or maybe ideas xx
